You may want to just contact Bilstein. The can be easily revalved and refurbished. If you have a stock wheels and tires, you may need to run a 5 mm spacer to prevent the lower perch from rubbing on the tire.

Do the TE37SLs even come in those sizes?

For the 17x8, the +35 is the best choice you show there. A better choice, in my opinion, is a +38 to a +40. This will give you a little more clearance for driving more aggressive without rubbing. 215/40R17 size tire would work the best for this. For the rear 18x9.5 a +30 to +35 seems to be...

I disagree with mwagner10702 on aftermarket sizing and fitment. The 17x8 +45 is the safest offset. The 17x8 +35 can rub on certain cars (they did on mine) but not all. This is using a 215/40/17 tire. What do you have in the fronts? You should try to match the front tires as much as possible in terms of grib levels and ideally you should run the exact same make and model tire as the fronts.
