just had tires replaced because they were 8 years old and one cracked because of age. Looking over the front tires there was zero rubbing and i need to do full lock at times to get out of parking spots or driveways. my new tires are the same specs as old ones

I will say that as I look for budget options for my older porsche a lot of places aren't offering anything but off the shelf...
The best thing about springs are that they are $50 each in any rate. I have 5 sets sitting at home all different rates and lengths. (swift springs are a bit more expensive when buying them retail)
no rubbing but I don't set up my cars to be much more than an inch lower than stock. there's nothing handling wise I can do on the street that would stress an 8/6 spring set.
Of course! I also get the liability aspect if I got cheap products and they fail and then I blame the installation.
It all contributes to the high prices around me. Luckily the dealership was cheaper than the indie shops and they have a dedicated nsx mechanic
That's nice but I have had both dealer and indie shops tell me they will not install my parts. One of the best known NSX shops locally (the one that quoted me $7k just to do the job) won't install parts i provide.
