One issue to consider with the NSX as a daily is insurance. Your insurance company may under value a 30 year old Acura. So many people get collector/agreed value insurance, but you typically aren't allowed to daily drive it and must have another car.
I ordered my JDM NSX-R white HID units from Impex Japan. It was much cheaper.
I haven't taken them apart to fix the beam pattern, but from what I could see there are metal shields that create the beam pattern. They are screwed on. So if you do take them apart I imagine it would be easy to...
It's unfortunate the fender is also damaged. Hopefully the PDR can handle that for you. A new front upper bumper is just under a $1000. It may take months to receive if you order from an online parts dealer, but it's probably the best way to go. If you need it sooner ATR (nsx-parts.com) probably...
I love how the KSP exhaust sounds, but was always confused about it's compatibility on later model cars. Will be interested to hear how you end up solving this.
I believe AS Motorsports will custom order them for you. However its still a smooth back and not the skeleton/beveled back like the NSX R.
You can also buy NSX-R style seat shells from NSX-Parts/ATR.

What's the difference between the front bumper beam for the 1990-2001 (71130-SL0-000) vs the 2002-2005 (71130-SL0-010)?
I noticed that when people do the 2002+ conversion they don't need to change this part. Would a 1990-2001 bumper beam also work with a 2002+?
They are not literally the same seat. They look similar, but the ABE are wider and have smooth backs vs NSX-R skeleton like backs. The seat covers from the PP or PP ABE also don't fit the NSX-R seats.
OEM Windshield is expensive, it's still available, but may take a long time to actually get. It's expensive to ship because of it's size and how fragile it is. Acurapartsforless.com list it as $1800 local pick up only. It's like $2600 retail at the dealer. In the States aftermarket windshield is...
