The current owner must have bought it from Japan and imported into Hawaii during employment. Car is Right Hand Drive. It would make sense why there are no documents. Because they are not the original owner.

All refresh plan NSXs have history at the refresh plants. From my understanding, they do not provide you the paperwork when you pick up the car. Just send them an inquiry with that plate # and they will provide you the information necessary. They have the records there.
