The Pursuit of Personalizing Perfection - Track Addict's build thread

Great work track! 💪 That will put the car with full tank ~2500 lbs! Sounds great! 👏👏👏 Mine is ~2800 lbs (my car has EPS and I have now a complete F+R undertray)…I still have some room to improve… but 300 lbs is huge😜

    JDM gear ratios visualized

NSX Redline is 8.000 rpm but rev limiter is like ~8.300 rpm, so with JDM gears if you change gears (2nd to 3rd) close to the rev limiter you probably will stay in VTEC

    KSP muffler is not centered

    You have pictures of it?

    KSP muffler is not centered

But are your CT headers 97+ compatible? Did they work with OEM 97+ cats and muffler?
  13. BBVNSX

    KSP muffler is not centered

I started with KSP headers, upgraded the exhaust to KSP latter and it worked with my OEM cats. But my car is 1993 not 1997. since your car is 1997 (NA2), the cats are different shape and should not work... You can see it here post #92...

Did I install Type R Front Sway Bars Correctly?

Hello, Why did you install the metal spacers between the bushings and the car?

Brake balance following upgrade to rear Brembo BBK

Yes, you're right about the stopping power with lower pressure, so that could also impact the proportioning valve effect as you mentioned… but most probably as you mentioned before, the main reason for the rear lockup is the difference in brake pads! If your brakes were cold when you did the...

Brake balance following upgrade to rear Brembo BBK

Hello John, Your math sounds right, and bias is theoretically very close to "NA2" system, even if you have quite some increase in piston area (front and rear), in theory this should impact the pedal travel (more travel) as you are moving more braking fluid through those bigger pistons using the...
