I'm upgrading a '92 with the late model NSX ABS modulator and after starting the car the TCS light will go on after about 8-10 sec. The TCS switch cannot toggle it off/on ... so the TCS systems itself remains off/deactivated as indicated by the dash light remaining on.

You can follow the same bundled wire harness down through near the front hood latch to see if the front ambient temp sensor's plugged in. This [link] shows you what the plug looks like.
Does your horn work? You can look through the air dam and see if your horn assemblies are plugged in. Another idea ... is your front ambient temp sensor in the center of the front air dam plugged in?

I've used them in the past and they're great. Regarding delivery times for ex. I ordered the top windshield moldings and clips on 6/28/21 and got it 7/7/21 using their DHL option.

Indeed they do ... the original lip's 1.5" in the front and corners while the newer replacement is 1.5" in front and 2.125" at the corners which translates to ruined rather quickly.
