All refresh plan NSXs have history at the refresh plants. From my understanding, they do not provide you the paperwork when you pick up the car.
Just send them an inquiry with that plate # and they will provide you the information necessary. They have the records there.
If you are in Yokota, bring your NSX to this Honda Cars dealer and ask for Takebayashi. He had NC1 NSX training when it came out in Japan and knows the NA1/2 platform fairly well. He can also speak a bit of English if you need.
