Thoughts from a 20+ year NSX Owner to new NSX Owners (and maybe some not so new)

Great resource page, Mr. Glover!!! I'd suggest one more vendor: Chintrackdays.com. You probably know Wei Shen Chin started Chin Track Days as a hobbyist outlet for him and his friends to explore and enjoy the first gen NSXs as they were designed to be driven, on race tracks. The company...

    The Official 2020 F1 Thread

As the commentators mentioned, Bottas can bring the field down to the green any way he desires. But I think the FIA needs to revisit rolling start procedures. The problem in this case is that drivers at the rear can see when the green light comes on, but cannot see how quickly the leader is going.

Overrated? - Seating position and forward view

I had quantified the view out the front in objective terms. See here: http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php/155021-The-vaunted-view-out-the-NSX-windshield-quantified?highlight=vaunted

    Ten years ago - today!

Thanks. I get attached to my cars and tend to keep them a long time. I really enjoy showing off my ‘94 Miata which I bought new, still sporting original top and plastic back window, paint, and interior. Still looks like new (103k miles). And of course the NSX. “It’s a 1991.” People who don’t...

    Ten years ago - today!

2020 update! Thread Bump! I missed it, but August 21, 2020 was 15 years. Still looks about the same as last post. In the last five years, I've had to replace the radiator and tires (had a blowout on one of the Kumhos, and replaced with 4 Dunlop Direzza Ziii, which I love). In only the...

UPDATE 3/18/20: Regretfully, out of an abundance of caution re: you-know-what, (and considering only one response to-date), we have decided to CANCEL this event.

Yes, understood Coolman, but I didn't have anything witty to say about Civics . . . . Popeyes Monday through Saturday - but on Sundays, Chick-fil-A for sure. Buddy Rich or Travis Barker?

Recommendation on tires for new SOS 17/18 wheels

I have Ziii. Liked them so much I bought a set for my Miata. Love the feel and how it absorbs small bumps. Not liking them in the rain, though. But I try to avoid driving in the rain so not too much of a concern for me. As mentioned above, they do make a weird noise driving over tar strip...

Tammy and I volunteer for Camp Boggy Creek, a camp in Eustis, established by folks such as General Schwartzkopf and Paul Newman (yes, THAT PL Newman), for children with serious illnesses. Some of the other volunteers mentioned needing sports equipment, such as basketballs, hula hoops, fishing...

    Clean ivory door sill

Are you talking about the plastic pieces that go along the sills between (on the driver's side) the hood release and the gas filler door release? If so, mine had deep gouges where the previous owner scuffed them getting in and out. I removed them, and sanded them down starting with around 150...

    Front spoiler fitment issues?

That's exactly how mine fits. I have a 1991 but I'm pretty sure it's been replaced by the later model after the original for that year were no longer available.

    Autographed Zanardi Diecast NSX

WARNING: Non-NSX content follows! I've been a Scott Pruett fan since I saw him in Miami in 1985. At the time he drove the Roush Motorcraft Mustang (the livery of which was resurrected this past Rolex 24 by the Ford GT - how's that for making this content relevant?). Somewhere along...
