DC Area and Harpers Ferry, WV
Thanks to:
David Hwang for organizing the overall event
Scott Silverman who hosted us at Criswell Chevrolet, Lotus and Lamborghini. We got to
check out some pretty neat cars very thoroughly and he even gave us nice limited edition
Lambroghini posters.
Rosenthal Acura (Gaithersburg, MD) who, in addition to breakfast, lunch, Acura car care
kits, a tech session, and letting us use their facilities, supplied the raffle with a
certificate for a free oil change and one for a full car detailing.
More raffle gifts were provided by: RM Racing (several t-shirts and a full set of
high-performance brake pads), Dali Racing (polished aluminum fuse-box cover, a cup holder
and several t-shirts), OG Racing of Manassas, VA (several t-shirts) and Radial Tire of
Silver Spring, MD (Momo shift knob).
Thanks also to David Nguyen and Ralph Reeside who plotted our scenic drive to Harper's
Ferry, WV including a really neat ferry ride across the Potomac River. David also arranged
for a nice buffet dinner at the Hill Top Inn with a fantastic view over the Potomac River
valley.
Picking up name tags Saturday morning. My car on the left, David Hwang's on the right.
