This is a perfect way for those new to the club or those who miss our club events to meet other members and see what the club is about in a short time after they sign up with the club. Southwest The second NSXCA-Hawaii drive turned out to be very successful. Starting at Kakaako Park and running through three towns on the "windward" (eastern) side of Oahu with a stop for lunch, then resuming to Sandy Beach Park, the tunnels of Koolau Mountains and ending at Moanalua Park.

Sunny and 84 degrees...that's why we live in Florida! We made stops at Sugarloaf Mountain (all 364ft. of it) and Lakeridge Winery for a little tasting. The traffic was fairly light with no encounters with law enforcement. We returned to Wei-Shen's house at 6pm for a fabulous catered dinner of roast beef, ham, and wonderful deserts including a surprise birthday NSX cake.... also gave away a 1:18 Kyosho Spa Yellow NSX to the winner of our "guess-the-member" contest."

Florida event on 12-hour course at Sebring. 18 NSXs came for a day filled with high-speed laps at the historic 12-hour 3.7 mile 17-turn course at Sebring International Raceway! The weather was sunny and warm, typical of Florida in early April.

The Third Annual NSX River Run hosted by Don Gallo saw 29 NSX's gather at Don's house in Princeton, NJ for a day of awesome country road drives, bar-b-que and general merriment. The weather was spectacular, the drive exciting and safe, and the food and company excellent.

The silence of a warm Central Florida morning was broken by the howl of a 3.0L engine screaming to 8000 RPM on a Dynojet Model 248C Chassis Dynamometer during NSX Dyno Day. Members drove in from as far away as Miami to enjoy a day of testing, lunch, and a beautiful country drive to the newest Florida "mountain" golf course in Clermont.

SoCal Monthly Meet. Another great turnout with more than 30 people showing up and around the same number of NSXs. The meet consisted of a tech session at Larry's shop (NSX Modified) covering  track events followed by dinner at Mario's in Huntington Beach. Great fun and conversation was had. Mark Johnson of Dali Racing raffled away some goodies.

The Florida gang met at the brand new Chateau Elan Sebring, a luxury hotel spa just completed at the Sebring International Raceway. They hosted 40 people at a sit down dinner Saturday night and a full day of excitement at the track on Sunday.

5 NSXs (a lot for the Netherlands!) turned out for the first Dutch NSX event. The day featured the NSX Veluwe Drive, a drive through the beautiful scenery of the Veluwe, a large forest in the middle of the Netherlands. It also included lunch and photo ops.

The Phoenix NSX Club and Basch Acura Service (BAS) joined forces for a little breakfast, maintenance, free labor and lot of fun. After completion, all the NSXs headed out for lunch and a 2-3 hour fun run through the twisting 2 lane black top in the mountains east of Phoenix.

About 50 NSXs and 80 people turned out for the fourth annual NSX Canyonball event. Owners traveled to the Los Angeles area from places as far flung as the east coast, Europe and Japan to participate! Also see the Southwest region website's pictures and writeup.

16 NSXs and over 28 owners and friends gathered at Sunnyside in Nashua, NH. The dealer provided early morning snacks, coffee, water, and a timed autocross track at their location. Participants then headed to New Hampshire International Speedway as guests of the SCCA New England Region. They  were given a tour of the track facilities and watched some the Regional Runoff racing. They finished up the long day with dinner at C.R. Sparks Restaurant in Bedford NH.

The first Northwest NSX Dyno Day was held at Dyno Spot Racing in Mountain View, CA. The event was organized by Andrie Hartanto and hosted by the NSX club but was open to other cars as well.

14 cars turned out for the track event at Sebring despite the bad weather on Saturday. But Sunday had only a 15 minute shower very late in the afternoon so most drives were able to get over 5 hours of track time.

NSXers are invited to Gordon McCall's exclusive Motorworks show of high-performance autos and airplanes. There will be two F-15Gs and an F-16, not to mention some vintage aircraft, plush business jets, and Mike Niday's NSX. This is an excellent warm-up for Friday's Concorso Italiano.

The third annual Tour de East Bay was a great success. There were a total of 16 NSXs that made the drive. Many new members showed with their NSXs and were eager to participate in their first driving event. There was also a celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the introduction of the NSX.

Saturday was a fast paced open road drive of approximately 12 cars (2 NSX) while Sunday was a relaxed "take in the scenery" day along Skyline Drive. NSXPO 2000, the national NSX Club of America meet, was a great success. Owners from around the country converged on Atlanta, GA for this, the fourth annual NSXPO. The event included technical seminars, a mountain drive, several group meals, vendor displays, a concours, photo ops, sightseeing, and a fantastic track event at Road Atlanta.

Honda Japan rolled out the red carpet for the 10th anniversary of the NSX during this years NSX Fiesta celebration in Japan. Over 350 NSXs of all types along with many top Honda executives, Honda-supplied NSXs, the Mobil 1 and Raybrig NSX race cars and drivers, aftermarket vendors including Phase, Marga Hills, and Mugen, track time at Motegi Twin Ring, tours of the NSX factory in Tochigi, and much more made this a truly memorable event for all who attended!
