Subject: McGrath Acura

We have been having a terrible time with McGrath Acura. Last summer, our air conditioner went out. They fixed it but screwed up the drive shaft and tried to blame us and make us pay for their mistake. The air went out again this summer. They took the car apart, had it for over a week and it still didn't work when we got it back, AND the headlights were stuck in the up position, making the car look nerdy! Back it goes, for over a week now (10/3/00), and still nothing but excuses from them as to how and why this is occurring. They are pleasant but inept. We will keep the site posted as to what happens with this. If anyone has had a similar experience, email us at Jcbax@aol.com. Thanks
