What are the advertising terms and rates?

There is a 3-month minimum and a 10% discount is offered on 12-month contracts. Advertisers provide their own graphics and ad tracking (I recommend DoubleClick DART). All ad campaigns require a written insertion order contract signed by both parties and full payment in advance. The contract will spell out the exact details and terms for both parties in order to prevent any misunderstandings. I can supply a standard contract if needed. There are two simple flat-rate options with unlimited impressions and click-throughs. Please note that these are not banner rotation spots; your banner will be displayed on every page view. They are also non-exclusive, meaning other banners may appear adjacent to yours (exclusive placement deals can be worked out on a case-by-case basis, please e-mail me).

1) A banner up to 468x60 pixels and 20kb at the bottom of every page on the site for $100/month
2) A banner up to 468x60 pixels and 25kb at the top of every page on the site for $300/month
