Timing belt schedule

The factory recommends 6 years or 90,000 miles which ever comes first. Your car is 7 years old and with the low milege you are probably ok. I just replaced the timing belt and water pump on my '91 with only 22,000 miles. The cost to have it done on the retail level is around $1,200. It is a tough call but if it breaks you are in for some costly repairs.
