Thanks for that link. So outside the fact that the car has been completly repainted for unknown reason, it appears mechanically sound, clean carfax, new clutch and tires,,everyones only ding on the car is that fact that its been repainted. Im guessing a short trip is in order to do a closer inspection. If the deal is sweet enough how much can you lose on a car less than 30k already. It is still an NSX.

Any luck with this car X-spdfrk??? I was considering it and it seems to be ok but i just did not like the fact that it was painted. I'm looking for one that has had no paint work. Not seeing the car in person i cannot atest to its finish but imo for a little less than 30k it would make a great car. I just love that sebring color

Im driving down to orlando to check this car out on saturday. I will let you know how it looks and drives.. May have to make some more room in the garage so i can build a FA$Tr car. nice Price , nice car , repaint may not be an issue for a starter car.

91 silver/black in ORLANDO is a NO GO!

This car is a NO GO. In my opinion this car has been wrecked. The car obviously has been repainted and the owner will tell you it has but denies any wrecks. However the panels do not line up properly as they should. The front and rear bumpers have been removed at one point as well and do not line up. This car is also in snap ring range. No service records exist and I highly doubt if any major service has been completed on this vehicle. Necessary services for time and milage is questionable at best. Owner is very hesitant to offer up any information on the car as far as history. After alot of discussion small stories start to appear about possible work that has been done. The car supposedly came from the tampa fl. area. This car is not an NSX enthusiast condition car. However is does have a couple things going for it. It is SILVER/BLACK, a rare and beautiful color, the new paint looks good. The price can be reasonable for someone just wanting an NSX. If you can get past the obvious on this vehicle then i think it is a good car to say you own an NSX. Good Luck but I pass.

I went too over there to Orlando and saw this car. I think that this car is NOT worth buying at the current price. I don't like the fact that he was quibbling with me on the history of the car and was not consistent with his story. Of anything, this made me raise a flag about the car. I even asked him who he purchase the car from 2 1/2 years ago and he didn't recall. He also said that it took him 6 months to find this car which means that he put some time and brain cells into this purchase. The paint looks good from a distance but lack the professional/quality job that would be inline for a car of this caliber. For instance, horrible transitions or tape lines. I personnally wouldn't entertain the purchase of this car unless it was in the low 20K range due to the possible lack of service. For me to drive 8 hours to be suprised with new issues is unsatifactory from a seller period. Moreover, as speculation, he had a hobby car (old mustang that he was restoring) next to the NSX in the garage which might suggest that he maybe "fixed and/or painted" the NSX to sell. All I can say is buyer beware.....
