Just walked in the door from a long-awaited dyno session post BBSC. My best baseline run netted 253.6rwhp and 193.7 torque. The BBSC runs today netted a best of 377.5rwhp and 256.1 torque. That is a 123.9rwhp gain or 48.8% and 62.4 ft/lbs torque or a 32.2% increase.
I copied the WinPep file to a floppy in hopes of posting it here but when I got home I found there was an error on the disc. I will scan the printout they gave me that has the before and after runs along with the a/f info asap.

Scott, thats awesome, any chance you can set up another tampabay get together and see if several of the other guys want to do a drive like we did several weeks ago.I really want to see your car post bbsc.prefer a weekend night drive.
best regards David

Your results look basically the same as mine. I wonder if your curves look the same as mine too? My plots are the first ones displayed on the dali page that is posted in the other thread. Congrats.

Hey guys, More recent BBSC plots coming tomorrow!

Let me guess whose car the new plots belong to

I can't believe you couldn't even break 300 hp, is your car alright? wink, wink. Post those plots Mr.Weaver.

David and Stuart- Thanks for the encouraging words. It's nice to be at a point in the process where my expectations have been realized. I figure there's a little more on the table right now but that'll come in time. Yes, we need to get together again soon for a group cruise...that was a blast!

Sig- Yes, our peak results are incredibly similar on both HP and torque. However, my baseline was higher which means you are getting a bigger increase from the BBSC at this point than I am. I took a close look at my print out and compared it to yours. I noticed that I have a similar trough at 4,800rpms but not at 6,800. The curve is smooth up high. I did notice that I am very rich, below 11 on the a/f scale, from 4,800 to 6,800rpms. I also get a little lean, 12.9 above 7,700rpms. The tech at the dyno shop speculated that the fuel pump or injectors might be unable to meet the demand at that high level but I'm waiting for MB's take on it before drawing any conclusions. All in all, I'm happy with the progress and enjoy driving with the extra power a great deal. Now if I could just find a Viper to pick on...

My baseline was bone stock. During the install, Comptech headers were installed as well. So I imagine there is an additional 15hp from those.
Have fun with your new toy!

Sig- that makes sense. I already had the Comptech headers installed during my baseline run of 253rwhp. Now I'm feelin' better...

Scott "a Viper to pick on"...
You talkin' to me?
Even I don't pick on my Viper- it is overcompensating for something...
