Updated 'Post New Topic' Button (please check)

Just posting a fixed the 'Post New Topic' button... keeping close to previous design; just correcting the background transparency.

EDIT: Ahh, Neo, I see you snuck it in there, eh. .

I think the button is a nice improvement over the old design, but I am wondering if the font can be changed (looks so jagged!) and whether an outline (in the form of a simple thin rectangular box, perhaps in a darker shade of red, or light gray) can be put around the text, so we know where the bounds of the clickable area are.

Good job though.

Good point about the 'clickable bounds' ... as for smoothing, i don't know the original font to redo it from scratch however i can do some smoothing out... np.
