Disadvantages of all around 18''s?

I'm thinking of getting some wheels for the NSX... I know that the stock wheel setups are one inch smaller in the front (15/16 and 16/17). But unfortunately, I've been trying to go with a 17/18 inch setup, but the current line of wheels I'm interested in don't offer 17 inch sizes... So I'm thinking... How about 18 inches in the front and the back? What sort, if any, disadvantages will result from this setup? Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions!
