NE1 parting out? WTB Bolt for upper seatbelt mount to B Pillar

Hello

I need 2 (at least 1) of the hex head bolts that mounts the upper part of the seat belt to the B pillar. I also need the "c" retainer clip and washer that goes with it. The dealer doesn't sell this part separately.
