Subwoofer Box Request

I'm interested in seeing if anybody out there has a knowledge
on how to build a subwoofer box that can go in the place of the stock one in the passenger floor panel.

I'm interested in not loosing much leg space so I think a 8" sub will be the maximum size. I know dali sells one but I think $550 appears to be a bit pricey.

Just wondering if anyone out there wants to take on a project.

I had Andy @ http://www.buzz-off.com/about_us.html do my audio/video system.
We went with a 10" Nakamichi sub in the stock location, but NOT in the factory enclosure. They made a custom one out of fiberglass so it would fit perfectly.
May want to give him a call and get suggestions.
