Question about front fascia/bumper

I decided to drive the NSX today and noticied something peculiar that I am hoping someone can shed some light on.

The car was parked outside in the heat and direct sunlight and when I went to lunch, the front bumper appears to have distorted, (slight waves and flexes near the hood and headlights). After returning from lunch, I parked in the shade and after about a hour and a half, the bumper seems to be back to normal.

Is this normal? Is this indicative of a problem? Does anybody else experience this?

Any information to shed light on this is appreciated.

I notice the samething. I believe it was discussed here before, but I forget what the outcome was. :p

I believe when this was last discussed, the thread came to the conclusion that this occurred with the darker cars (black and green) I think.

so is it something that I shouldn't be too concerned with?

is there a fix besides changing the color?

That's correct. Don't be too concerned about it. It is normal behavior and, as you have found, it returns to a normal appearance when the car is not parked in the sun.
