How to remove the window control cover?

I don't know how to call that part, it is long black plastic that covers the window and side mirror control right under the door handle inside the car. I can only lift up the front part with a screw diver, but the whole thing doesn't pop up. Does anyone know how to remove that part, is there any trick? please help

You need to remove the inside door panel first and remove that from the back.
