Want to replace an automatic Engine Mount

Need to replace the engine mount.

Could someone tell me whether the engine mount for an automatic 3.0 is the same as the manual?

If so, is the USA's one the same as the one we use for the HK market?

and

if both yes, could someone let me know where can I get good discount for NSX OEM parts online.

First off the car has four mounts for the drive train. Please tell us exactly which one you want to change:)

I have not heard of NSX motor mounts going bad so I would be suspect of the need to replace all four mounts. What problem are you having? There is a simple procedure to re-center the motor (mounts) that takes care of some noise/vibration complaints.

Automatic and Manual transmission mounts, 3 of the 4 are different. Check the NSX part nuomber guide. I had to purchase 3 of the 4 for my Automatix --> 6speed conversion.

Ray,

I am thinking the passenger side upper mount is the same, correct??

Thanks,

Will the engine vibration increases as the engine mount ages?

Also after the car is serviced, which includes cleaning the throttle, the exhaust is particularly noisy at low rev. (around 1200-1500 rpm) it is like machine gun firing.

the mechanic came across two similar situations before and both were fixed after changing the engine mount (particularly the one on the passenger side (driver side for me as it is RHD))

for the conversion i had to purchase:

50805-SL0-010 (Tranny Mount)
50810-SL0-010 (Rear Mount)
50820-SL0-000 (Engine Mount)

the "Front" mount up against the firewall is the only one that has the sme part number for the automatic and the manual..... which is weird case when ever i change from a auto-stick in a civic/integra/accord/prelude.... the always change tranny side, front, and rear, and the motor side stays the same.... thru me for a loop.

Thanks Ray,

I would have made the same assumption, that the engine passenger side was the same.
