91 oem chrome wheel caps

I'm looking for 1991 OEM wheel caps. I have the standard chrom caps, but I don't like the look of it hiding the lug nuts. I like the non-chrome OEM wheel center cover, and was looking for that center cover, but in a chromed version.

Any ideas on this? I saw someone in San Diego last year that had this, but I don't know where he got the original matte wheel caps chromed at. Thanks,

What are the caps made of? If they are metal, you can get them chromed at any chroming place. If they aren't, then you can still get them chromed or you can use some chrome-like paint.
