Supposedly the amps are tuned to the vehicles they are going in. Who knows if that's true or just some lame Bose nonsense. There is a lot of info in the FAQ regarding the NSX Bose amps and how to get them repaired etc......

You're better off replacing all the Bose speaker/amp units with aftermarket stuff.

I'm not going to upgrade the stereo... maybe i'll give that corvette bose amp a try - if it doesn't work I can just resell it on ebay.

The NSX has 3 amps. One in each door and one for the bass/center tweeter. Have you emailed the seller to find out if this is a mono or stereo amp?
