I just bought a 91 NSX red/black, I can't turn the TCS off. Using the switch on the dash, the light just stays green and the TCS off doesn't come on. Has anyone experienced this or any idea what might be going on prior to me visiting the Acura dealer.

Thanks in advance,

The green light on the switch will always be on, when the switch is pressed the "TCS OFF" yellow light will light to let you know the system is not active. If the yellow "TCS OFF" is not lighting it may be burned out and need the bulb replaced.

You can always try the burn out test, but be carefull the easiest way to burn up a clutch is to try and do a burn out with the TCS active. If you try it do it on wet pavement to save your tires and clutch.

best of luck,

Dave

Thanks for your response.

During start up the yellow light comes on so I know that that is not the problem. Any other ideas??

Make sure that the cable that plugs into the TCS switch isn't unplugged. I had the same problem on mine, and that was the fix.
