Hello,

Will a 1998 (3.2) NSX (Radiator)
work in place of a 1991 NSX (3.0)?

They appear to look the same....would the
(3.2) offer better cooling capactiy than my (3.0)?
Or would it damage my engine?

Any help asap would be great,
Thanks, Jim

PLEASE Help me here somone???

Hello again,

I cant seem to get an answer on this...

Will a 1998 (3.2) Radiator work in place of 1991(3.0).

I figure it would have a better cooling capactiy.
Could it damage my cooling system?

I could understand problems if I were converting 'Down" from a (3.2)R to a (3.0). That is probably true. However, upgrading 'Up' should work the opposite.

PLEASE Help me here guys.

Thanks, Jim

I honestly do not know. Try calling an Acura dealer and see if the part numbers are the same. If they are the same size (i.e. mounting holes and hose bibs the same) I do not see how it would make any difference. HTH.

If my reply sounds stupid, it probably is:

In your question, you mention a '3.2 radiator' and a '3.0 radiator'. If your only point was to indentify between the two engines they would be connected to, it sounds accurate. However, to my knowledge a 3.2 engine would not require a different radiator (assuming is was capable of the job) than the 3.0 engine.

Is it possible you just need a radiator, from any NSX? I would go with ncdogdoc on this one, see if they have different part numbers. My guess is that they don't.
