My passenger side seat won't rcline back and forth.It use to do it every now and then.Well the problem is the seat is stuck in a upright position.Want do you think it is and what is the cheapest way to fix.It wouldn't be that big of a deal if it was stuck reclined.thanks for your time...

The NSX seats are easy enough to remove. I'd take it out and see if maybe the motor is just bound up on the gear or something similar.
It might also be something as simple as a loose power connector.
but most likely, it's a snapped cable from the motor to the gearbox that reclines the seat back.
If you take your seat out, tilt it over on it's side and look underneath. If you run some jerry-rigged wires from the car's plug to the seat, you should be able to find out what the problem is...

This is not an uncommon problem, I've repaired a few of the seats that could not recline. There are no cables, it is a direct gear driver setup. If you check the wiring and it is ok, the motor is shot. I recall it being about $200. You will have to peel the leather off the seat, disassemble the back aluminum frame from the bottom and swap the motor. I took me about 2 hours.
You will need the motor and about 12 clips that hold the leather to the seat, since you will break them to remove the leather. If you want to do this private me and I can help you through it.
The last one I did was over the phone
