OK Everyone, I know I had a post about having the March meeting at Mission Viejo Acura.... However they were aparently not very interested in hosting the meeting (they never returned any phone calls!)
Enter a Last minute solution (geographically very different but a GREAT meeting!)
Jon Martin at Power Acura South Bay (Torrance) has graciously stepped up and offerd his delership to host the meeting! I know it is a long way from Mission Viejo, but John will have a Very special out of town guest.
CHRIS WILSON of SCIENCE OF SPEED!!!
Chris will be in town with Jon and will be available to discuss all of his latest & upcoming projects/ parts coming to market.
Jon will also make a presentation on what Power Acura South Bay can do in the maintenance and performance of your NSX.
We will be ordering Pizza and sodas from a local Pizza Place and will be taking a collection to pay for dinner (should be about $5.00 per person)
So let's plan on meeting at Power Acura South Bay at 6:30 PM.
Power Acura South Bay is located at 25341 Crenshaw Bl. in Torrance. This is Just north of Pacific Coast Highway on Crenshaw.
The best way to get there from the South is to take the 405 North to the 110 South to Pacific Coast Highway exit. Turn Right on PCH to Crenshaw (2.9 mi.). Then turn right on Crenshaw. The delearship is just ahead.
To get there from the North of Torrance (Iknow some of the Cal Coastal folks might want to join us). take the 405 South to the 110 South to Pacific Coast Highway exit. Turn Right on PCH to Crenshaw (2.9 mi.). Then turn right on Crenshaw. The delearship is just ahead.
I am pretty sure Jon will have the front of the store blocked off so there should be lots of parking available!
I know this is pretty late notice and I will need an accurate count of how many will be attending so I can let them know how much food to buy. I have told them about 20 or so. If there will be more I need to let them know!
Drop me an email ASAP if you think you can make it, so I have an idea how many to expect so we can make dinner arrangements accordingly.
This is going to be a meeting NOT to be missed, I think some interesting information will be discussed
