Other than the targa top holder, is there any other difference between the 2 sets? I guess what I am asking is If someone keep the targa top in the trunk, would they be able to use the coupe model?

Two main differences are the targa top holder and the brace. The stock triangular brace will not fit with the blower. The stock engine cover will not fit either, so you would have to remove it, or swap with a coupe engine cover. HTH.

FYI - do some research on this site to determine how optimistic and/or repeatable these numbers are, any engine risks you might be absorbing, and to what the average person might expect.

The last thing even CompTech would probably have you believe is that it is risk free for you engine or the dynos they produced where 100% guaranteed reproducible since both of these are determined by the quality of the install, the extra heat generated, the fuel components, the fuel delivery, and any issues a particular car might have going into the install. Also, there are additional sounds and maintenance you will have to accept (changing supercharger oil, changing the belts, making sure the fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel injectors are and stay 100%, etc.
