was down in Miami/Hollywood area this weekend for Ultrafest.
i saw a Yellow 97'-01 NSX at the Marriot on South Beach had a dealer plate along with the 2002 rear end and tail lights also had some nice HRE's on it
anybody here? unfortuatly i wasn't in mine as i cracked a wheel and waiting on my other one in the mail:( :(

also saw a red one about to get on Alligator alley or close by, looked to be an earlier one

other than that over the weekend i saw that many 360 modena's i lost count, every color, spyder, F-1's, it almost got to thew stage where as it didn't impress me anymore

I've seen that yellow NSX in SoBe many times.. MOst of the time I have seen it has been around Lincoln Road.. It doesn't belong to anyone here that I know of.. It's nice though..

In regards to the 360s, welcome to Miami.. Modenas are like bellybuttons down here, everybody has one... You would figure that they cost $40K or something.. I see at least a couple of Modenas every DAY..

I was stuck at an interestion on Useless 1 (US1) where an accident caused the light signal to black out. I was there for only an hour til' an aide replaced me.

In that short time I was there, I saw: Two Modena spyders, one as a coupe, four Mercedez AMGs, three Porche GT/turbo, one Lamborghini, Ten corvettes, and a patridge in a pear tree.

BTW, later that night I saw ONE silver NSX '03 model and spoke with the driver to invite him to the last S. FL. g2g. He never showed or returned my call. Nice guy though.

It unfortunately makes an NSX owner down here very less prestigious.

On that note, it makes me believe that most NSX owner's here in S. Florida, own an NSX not much for the prestige of having one, but rather, for the pleasure of the drive that the NSX offers.

I'm sure the fact that most of us can't really afford a $170k Modena has something to do with it as well:D

Still, some of us could have gotten a C5 corvette (a very respectable car) and still opted for the NSX. I think therein lies the desire for that element of prestige.

I know when I drive down the boulevard the attention I get is similar if not less that the guy driving down in a Porche GT/turbo or Modena. Exotics are just everywhere here in this playground for the rich and snobby.

Dude.........I don't like Miami.....My kingdom for a move to Cali. Guess I will have to settle for Orrrrrrrrlando for now.

See that feller in that sexy whip down neeoh. It ain't me:mad:.....yet :p
