NSX Owners, I'm helping a NSX owner sell his car, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it. A little help would be appreciated.

It's a '91 w/ ~56k miles (black/cream, manual).
Research tells me market is between $27k and $31k give/take
Need to find out if it's in snap ring range

The car is in Charlotte, NC. Thinking of bring it to ATL to sell, rather than selling it out of NC. I'm thinking that the used car market in ATL would be more receptive than CLT.

Debating how to sell it.....newspaper, autotrader/cars.com/ebay. Suggestions? Those that have purchased recently, how did you come across your NSX? Definitely not trying to take it to a dealer, and in no rush to sell.

Any thoughts/comments would be appreciated.

Snap ring info you can find here in the FAQ's. Plenty of other good info in there as well. Why not start by listing it for sale here, on the forum? That's where I found mine. ;)

Thanks KGP. I still need to get some pictures and get the service history (just so that I can answer any questions buyers may have). After that, it goes w/o saying that I'll post it here.

As long as that car still has the original transmission (even if the clutch has been replaced), then it's not in the snap ring range.

The transmission number on that car is probably somewhere around J4A4-1001700 or so...

I should have been more specific when posting the VIN. That was just an FYI. I checked the FAQ this morning and saw that based on the VIN, the car is out of the range, but I am going to check the number on the transmission per the FAQ to be sure.

Thanks for checking that out.

For the record. I found mine on Autotrader.com
I too am thinking of selling mine soon and will post it in multiple places to get as much pub as I can.
