No you don't want to do this unless you plan on driving at slow speeds all the time! Different tires although similar, are just that "similar" The handling will be sketchy at speed in the dry and wet due to the different tires.
Secondly in my life, I have totalled a 300ZX and crashed an eclipse, and my Integra had a blowout at speed (no accident) all due to tire issues. The 300ZX and the Eclipse were due to Goodyears and the tire failure on the Integra was due to the Toyo T1-S!!!!
If you are going to get tires, buy (4) Come on you are an NSX owner!!! Don't be cheap and just buy them as they wear out, (unless replacing with the same name-brand)
The next thing is what will you be using the car for?? Tire life? ultimate traction? something in-between? It makes a big difference as to what treadwear # and mfg to go with. Pick around a 300 treadwear for better tire life, and pick around a 200 treadwear for ultimate grip. Less than a 200 is heading towards track grip level, but you will eat tires fast. Higher than 300 will give you excellent treadlife, but they will start to squeal and handling will diminish. Yokohamma Es100, Sumitomo HTRZ, are great tires if you are on a budget. Kumho's are super cheap, but not as good. On the higher end, there are many better than the Toyo's and Goodyears. Do some research on FAQ (NSXPrime) or Tire Rack. Read the test results, as well as buyer feedback.
