Hood emblem Replacement

I have read the posts that I can find about replacing the hood emble. I have heated the stock emblem, protected the area with tape and towels and tried prying the stock emblem, but it won't budge. Does anyone have any other suggestions, experience? Is it possible without too much trouble, to access that back to remove the fasteners?

You can remove it by prying on it to break the tabs that hold it onto the bumper. Afterwards you will have two small holes that may or may not be covered by the new emblem. I had mine removed and filled in by a body shop.

I wish I could, but I have to get my tuxedo fitted for my wedding day out in Vegas the end of April.

Hmm....maybe there's a tux place in Orlando?
