If none of those resources help, I get 30% off at my local dealership. I'll be happy to pass that onto you.
Anyone can get 30% off from Niello in Sacramento for the price of an NSXCA membership - best $40 value out there.

I've compared prices at 3 other dealerships that claim to be giving 30% off, and they were all higher than my price here. Perhaps price parts differ regionally. I dunno.

You DO know that the headlight unit is not a drop-in replacement, and you will need to buy or fabricate the hood and the front end, right?

I do know about the Hood and the bumper having to be replaced! Also I thought that the 2004 had the space where the pop up headlights go done differently, but I noticed on a picture that it is the same as 91-01 NSX front! My question is what parts do I tell the parts guy at Acura, that I need , I have the hood and bumper already but all I need is the headlights, and whatever else goes with them that I need to complete install! They tell me that there are brackets and also a wiring harness etc. If anyone can help me with part #'s or names that I have to give to the Acura dealer of what I need and also where I can get the bracket and also wireing harness or whatever else I need !! THANK YOU

There are four mounting areas for the headlights. One in the rear, on the bottom, near the radiator, and on the front of the headlight. If you go to the headlight diagram, you will see the two brackets that you need to buy in order to mount the headlight in your NSX. These brackets mount to the headlight on the bottom and in the rear portion of the headlight. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe SOS makes brackets which allow you to utilize the fixed mounting areas to mount the front part of the headlight and the one near the radiator to the car. Otherwise, you will either have to make some brackets for these locations or don't use any at all. I saw some headlight brackets on the www.route-ks.com webpage, but I am not sure if they can be used for your application. Looks like you use them for the mounting locations near the radiator and in the front of the headlight. Check out this pic:

You will need to acquire the frame, plate and seal for the front upper bumper center. This will allow you to mount your 02 bumper to the car. You will also need the seal and seal assembly for the right and left headlight. Go to the website www.acuraautomotiveparts.org and use the drop down menus for the front bumper and headlight diagrams to see these parts. As far as the wiring harness, you will use the existing wiring harnesses on your NSX. No other wiring harnesses are needed.

Are you mad at your car? Why on earth would you want those hideous bulbous monstrosities on it? Someone at Honda was smoking crack the day those got approved for production.

Both Dali and SOS have packages and it is well worth their price to make sure you are getting the correct parts IMO.
Install and paint are going to add a hunk of change too.
Consider that this "update" could have a negative effect on resale too.

You want the opposite of what I want. I can't seem to find an updated front end that doesn't need a headlight conversion. It seems easier to get the new headlights than to keep the old ones.

Several of the bumpers from ScienceofSpeed do not require headlight conversions. See Randy's black beauty here:
