Shift light question.

who's got one.. and where did you mount it? Just kinda curious b/c I want to get one but I have no idea where to mount it.

I love my Dali / Zublin SmartShift which uses the existing dash lights and was pretty easy to setup myself.

I did not get the external light or buzzer options because I didn't feel I needed them.

Can't think of too many $50 mods I like better then this one.

In my last car, I installed an aftermarket A-pillar guage pod, and mounted my Autometer shiftlight right to the side of the lower guage, and had it resting on the dash above the tach. It worked slick there.

I also have the zublin-smart shift but I installed the buzzer option and did not connect the parking brake light. I figured looking down to check the parking brake light defeats the purpose. The buzzer works great and is loud enough even with windows down going at 100+mph on the track.

I was thinkin about puttin an LED on the dash somewhere but I don't know how excited I am about drilling holes.
