car move to the right slightly under hard braking

I just installed dali slotted/drilled rotors with carbotech panther plus pads........looks great, brake feels great......but then...here comes the problem
my car moves to the right slightly while under hard braking (it didn't do that before the pads and the new rotor)......just did alignment few days ago and steering wheel is dead straight.
anybody know what's causing the problem???

Did you bleed the lines good? Calipers in good shape? Did you re-use the shims, or leave them out? Did you seat the rotors as you should have?

Are you driving on a road with a crown in the middle? Try braking on the other side of the street and see if it goes left.

i'm sure calipers are all in good shape, the rotors are good too b/c I inspected before I install them.
I reuse the shims that are on the oem pads.
however, I have not yet bleed the brakes yet.....could it be the problem?
also, for the philips screws that keep the rotors tight.....the manual says to torque them 7 lbs, but I don't think i did it right. some of the screws are kind of stripped, making it hard to torque them. could those screws affect the braking as well? and do you guys know what size those philip screws are coz I think I need to change them.

btw, the surface of the road i was driving on is very smooth and straight.

It's highly unlikely. Those screws are basically there just to hold the rotor on while you're working on it. The rotor is held firmly to the hub by the lug nuts when you put the wheel back on. Some folks don't even bother using the Philips screws on the rotors.
