I had my clutchmasters stage three installed a few weeks ago. I love it!! I have been waiting to post because I had never had this clutch and had only driven one briefly in another persons car. But this thing is great. Track driving or city driving. Awesome clutch. Good pedal feel, still soft enough for everyday. I have driven a comptech PG2 and the clutchmasters feels better to me. If anybody needs a clutch this is the one to get.

I always wondered how the clutchmasters would be for the nsx, but never really researched. How is pedal pressure compared to stock? Did you get a single or 2 disc? How hard does it grab compared to stock? Is it (1) a noticeably harder grab? (2) Just a little harder grab than stock? (3) Hard enough grab, that you have to (re-learn) to drive, but easy when you get the hang of it? (4) Other example? Anyone else have one, who wants to comment?

My friend just had a clutchmasters stage 4, aasco flywheel, and itr lsd installed in his integra last week. Pedal pressure is exactly the same, if not a little lighter than stock. The only tough part is starting out from a stop (lets just say I killed it more than once. :) In my defense, though, I had no experience with where the clutch engagement point was). After that, it is easy to engage in every other gear. That clutch grabs HARD! VERY easy to drive, though.

Thanks,
Dave

Oh yeah, I second that. I got the clutchmasters stage 4, and damn does it feel good. It is only *slightly* heavier than stock, but after a day, you don't notice (actually think that stock is too light :D ). The only difficulty is, yes, the clutch does grab HARD. The clutch engagement point is higher up than stock, and, yes, I have killed it a few times. But when it grab, does it grab. I can't wait to try it out with after my engine gets boosted.

P.S. Tochigidream, it does grab harder than stock, noticeably so, but NOT IN A BAD WAY (if you know what I mean). It feels like it grabs just a little bit more (but not overwhelming) but given that the stage 4 can handle 500 h.p., it grabs more than it feels (if that makes sense).

is this clutch a re build using the factory clutch, or is it built from scratch using non factory parts? the old clutch master clutches sold by RM Racing had frequent problems with the damper springs backing out of the clutch discs damaging the clutch in the process.

I have a single disc, a noticeably harder grab (stage 3) than stock, you would learn to drive it by the end of a day, Brad Able at Autologic Inc in Houston has one and praises it. He is why I got one. It is the best clutch you can buy (besides a Tilton).
