Looking for input on adding a Mid-Atlantic Region

A Mid-Atlantic Region is a fabulous idea. The MD, DC, VA area is pretty far away from much of the current Northeast Region and doesn't fit well in either the Northeast or Southeast groups. Just my $.02.
