How do you do prototype work? I have a concept for a front splitter with built in canards and air brake ducts which route back under the car and act as the front part of the under cover. Any ideas on how to go about making this part?

What is the technique you use? This part would be 3-D, plus have hollow sections which will be ducts. Right now I only have doodle/drawings and am thinking I need to make part to work out details. Thoughts?
The more I look at the drawings, I am thinking this is 2 pieces. One is an air dam with brake ducts, ducts going back to form the under cover and longitudinal fins. A second part which would be the splitter and canards which would slide on the front of the dam for track use, maybe just an engagement lip and a couple of pins holding it on.

OEM NSX rear wing in carbonfiber?
How about making the OEM NSX wing in carbonfiber, make one with brackets, screws for the OEM LED brake light.
The OEM rear wing weighs 25 lbs, so its pretty heavy. If you can make one for a reasonable price that weigh at 10 lbs I would buy one in a heartbeat.
