Hi,
Last night (Sunday), I was flipping through channels, and I caught the last few minutes of a new show on Speed TV called "Hi Rev Tuners."
For the record, I am NOT an import fan, as this show seems to cater to the import crowd; however, in the closing credits, they mentioned that they would be featuring a "Japanese ferrari" in the next episode, and they showed a yellow NSX with Zanardi rims.
Anyways, it looks interesting. The show comes on at 10:30PM Eastern next Sunday(June 2), but check Speed TV or HiRevTuners.com for more info.
Take care. -Thomas

I saw part of that show as well and plan to try to catch next week's show on the NSX. They called it a Japanese Ferrari (I prefer to think of a Ferrari as an Italian NSX

). I don't think it will be a show I watch on a regular basis though.

I was annoyed by the constant camera movement. It was making me dizzy. They even had one camera shot (in black and white) that showed the main camera while it was taping the host - that just seemed silly. I guess they assumed the young tuner crowd has a short attention span so they had to keep wiggling the cameras.

I was also annoyed at the funky spellings for all the segment titles. C's were replaced with K's, S's were replaced with Z's and X's were always capitalized.

Wow, I guess I'm getting old. Next thing you know, I will be standing in my front yard wearing shorts and black socks telling kids to get out of my yard.

Hi,
No, I found mine on Autotrader. It had 41K miles on it when I got it. It was a one-owner, clean-record, excellent-condition NSX from Florida for ~$40K. The owner had to sell off his toys to help his business. He even sold his wife's Harley Davidson! He's now stuck with a BMW Z3 and a Lincoln Navigator! I guess, after owning it for 8 years, he was satisfied.
Anyways, were there some '94 greens on eBay? I remember seeing some with 70K miles, some with tan interiors, some autos, but none like mine (green/black, private party).

I saw it as well, the only tuning stuff I saw was for custom folks. The show lost me when I saw the break dancing and the dude with the spike through his chin. I'll give it another shot to see the NSX.

Thomas,
Congrats on finding a Brooklands Pearl Green/Onyx 5-speed as there were only 50 made in that color combination. Like you, I searched feverishly, in my case for 6+ months, and found exactly what I was looking for. Enjoy!
