I received the following notice from the head of the S2KCA:
Hey Guys…just wanted to give you a heads up. We ‘inherited’ a weekend DE event at TWS on May 3-4 and after much deliberation and consideration, we decided to run with it. There was already a similar event in place and we more or less picked up the pieces and believe that we’ll be fine with trying to pull it off. So, I wanted to see if you could get the word out to your folks. We are opening up registration today for S2KCA members, then on March 9th it opens up to NSXCA, Ferrari Club, 350Z and Miata clubs for ONE WEEK. They can register after the week, but we’re trying to encourage our friends in other clubs that we like to come join us for the event. We have a huge mailing list of people who were interested in the event before the previous group (John Eagle Honda) had to cancel it, but we won’t be getting in touch with them about it until after this period to let them know that the event is open for them to register.
It’s 270 dollars for 2 days track time, put on by The Driver’s Edge to handle all the instruction, etc. Sounds like a great deal to me and I’m sure it’s going to be a blast.
Help us fill this with NSX folks down yonder in Tejas and let’s have a little fun! We have a forum for the event set up on our site located here:
