IMO the NSX Spa Yellow Pearl color is far superior

A 97+ NSX-T should still have comparable power/weight and crisper "feel" than an E46M3 (comparison based on modified 3.0L NSXs and E46M3 coupe)

I love the new M3 but heaven help me if that color doesn't remind of baby crap. Ick. But then again, beauty is all in the eye of the beholder.

I saw a dark gray version of it at last year's Canadian Grand Prix and it was nothing short of beautiful.

What's that guy's name. . .Earl Schieb?

Man, you posted exactly what's been on my mind ever since I saw the "yellow" Phoenix Yellow of the E46 M3. Beautiful car but I wish, and still hoping, that BMW will come to there senses and have a deeper more vibrant yellow as an option. Looking at the PY M3 alone isn't too bad but next to Spa Yellow NSX...looks a little puke green tint. But then again, a Spa Yellow treatment to the M3 may not end up like what I'd like to think it would end up as.

This M3 is owned by my good friend, the Phoenix Yellow looks a lot better in person, it changes color according to the amount of sunlight. So photos doesnt really show the true color.

The exhaust of the E46 M3 sounds high pitched with metallic sound, very different to the regular sound of BMW.(I wish I can take this exhaust and put it on the NSX)

8K RPMs, Double Vanos, 6 speed tranny, 18" wide tires, and SMGII option(F1 like semi-auto tranny), performance is about the same as a stock 97+ NSX, but a little bit faster than a stock 91-96 NSX, but all depends on the driver.

If you need a high performance coupe that will seat four people comfortably, this M3 will be a good choice. BMW M cars have a legendary performance on track.
