posting problems!!

help me out.
i am not having any problems with any of my own posts,but iam having difficulty with repling to others.
how can i post a reply WITHOUT the original post(to which i am replying) comming up as well
all help is appreciated

The original post automatically appears in the window in which you type your reply. If you don't want it to be included in your reply, just select that text and press the DELETE key, and it will be gone. You can even edit the text of the previous post as it appears, for example, by deleting all but the specific part to which you're responding, like this:

If you click the "reply with quote" icon to the right of the date/time stamp on each message, it automatically quotes the message you are replying to. As nsxtasy mentioned you can just delete what you don't want.

However if you click the "Reply" button at the top right and bottom left of every thread, it starts with a blank reply (no quotes).
