When:
every Saturday throughout the year (of course bad weather = less cars)
If you can't make it often, come to the first of each month
start showing up around 10 am or earlier

Why:
Just to meet, talk, look at each others toys. Now and then there will be a drive or BBQ following. (For example, this week the Indy Z Car Club is hosting a barbecue afterwards and all are invited to attend)
