here is what i found.
sportmax 940, rota battle series, advan t5

sportmax 940 discontinued, dont know if they can make a special order.
rota needs special order, probably takes more than 3 month.
advan t5, i feel it's too expensive.

does anyone know that there is any other company make similar wheels like these??

search for tsw wheels I think they have a model that looks close.Heck just look at tire racks site,or SOS for something similar.

I have no idea if these are still available, but ADR Kasai is similar to Advan Model 5.

The ADR looks really good, they came with a really nice blk chrome color too... only problem is that they are heavy and they are casted.

TSW Indy 500 looks kind of similar, at least for the 5 split-spoke design, but it does have a dish as opposed to having the spokes coming flush to the edge:

I am partial to the actual R8 wheels look myself as well, though I guess finding the right stagger may be a little difficult.
