Arizona NSX owners

There's an event on Oct. 12-13, 2002 Firebird intl. raceway(www.importdrag.com).

I think we should have a meet, get a tent for ours NSXs, have a BBQ and do a little team racing(www.sr-1.com).

That's a bit far for me, and I don't race anyway. I prefer going to the local car shows. There's a weekly one (Saturday evenings) at the Pavilions mall in Scottsdale, and a monthly one (first Saturday evening of each month) at Arrowhead mall (SW corner of 77th Ave & Bell, next to CompUSA). It'd be great to get some NSX representation at these events.

I saw MYNSX's yellow car at the Pavilions last night, very cool! I really like the DVD setup

This coming Saturday evening (10/5) is the Peoria/Arrowhead show. Is anyone from here able to make it? I'll be there.

Is this a car show or just a social gathering, what time and location? I'll be there if my baby is ready by sat.

It's more of a social gathering, not a formal car show (with awards) per se. The location is the empty parking lot in front of Ashley's Furniture (by CompUSA) on the southwest corner of 77th Avenue & Bell road. Here is CompUSA's address if you want to map it with Mapquest:

The IDRC Race/Show on Oct 12-13 will be awesome!! I have been to the two previous IDRC races at firebird and they were great... This is the last IDRC race of the season so there should be a huge turnout of people and pro racers...I have also heard that it may be televised on espn2.

I am displaying my car, and I know Bill will have his two NSXs out there...It would be cool to see some more NSXrs come out to display your cars too, maybe we can get a whole row of NSXs going!

I displayed my honda civic at the last two IDRC car show at Firebird, I remember Bill's yellow NSX won BEST OF THE SHOW at the last one. This time I'm racing my NSX. Hope to see more NSX there this time. It's not that far...come and have fun!

Yea, that was my first time racing at an event like that and it was my second time running 1/4 mile, I did pretty good until I missed the semi-final, actually I wasn't the only one, we didn't hear em calling for the line up on the speaker, I was a little disappointed after I found out the winner was the wrx that I beat earlier when we were running for time, we went and complained to the IDRC people, they said we'll be taken care of at the next event in March, taken care of? But I did have fun! Did u see that replica Lotus with the honda engine, that's was pretty cool. And it was really nice to see u and ur NSX out there. By the way that's a very nice looking NSX , I like those rims!
