2002 NASA East Coast Honda Challenge
The Challenge is a race series sanctioned by NASA, but managed by a board of Honda competition drivers. The simple goal of the series is to give the Honda/Acura enthusiast a racing venue that is safe and competitive. To that end the series will be managed under strict driver conduct rules including a version of the traditional 13/13 rule used by many marque and vintage racing clubs.
The schedule has yet to be determined, but plans include a 5 race series with visits to VIR, CMP, Summit Point, and Lowes Motor Speedway. Each race weekend will include 2 practice sessions, 2 qualifying sessions, and 2 points sprint races (about 2 hours of seat time). Points will be compiled and awards given to the series champions in each class.

BTW for anyone who doesn't know, the 13/13 rule means that if you have an incident, you are on probation for 13 months. If you have another during the probation, you are suspended for 13 months.
