I just ordered some ce28's in 17x8 +38 and 18x9.5 +34. These offsets should sit pretty flush while allowing me to run 215/40/17 and 265/35/18 tires without any rubbing issues.
I've decided to bite the bullet and get new rims/tires for my car. I think 17/18 would be nice. What are the specs for the rims and tires. Such as should rims be like 17x8 and 18x9 or 18x10? What about offset? Should tires be 215/40/17 and 255/35/18 or large? Let me know what the best combo would be. Thank you all.

Lowered on the H&Rs/Bilsteins (on top perch),
The fronts rub a "little" at full lock. Not any other time....
When I had 18's up front with 215's, they rubbed just as much...
