"Official" Zanardi Thread...

Saw #38 at ALMS yesterday. This car is super clean, with only 10K miles on it. Clean ones are out there! :smile:

I can't believe the "Official" Zanardi thread doesn't have pictures...come on post them up already (I mean of the actual Zanardi's being shown in the first post by The Kid). That way you have the details and a recent pic of the specific car...

Mine is perfect shape, although I did hit 28k miles on turn 5 yesterday....I just cant stop driving this thing. It was crazy fast on the track but I gonna slow down the pace so I dont hit 30k, and start driving my 92 again.

I maintain a Zanardi file and have record of #4 with 77,300 miles in March 2006 when it was up for sale at the time. Probably over 80K now.

#16 was at 70K miles in Sept 2006.

does everyone w/ zanardis receive mail on how much we want? have never received an offer everyone wants to know how much and its never been for sale. the 04 will be for sale first just because to normal people its worth more:smile:not to me:biggrin:

I'm particularly interested if anyone's seen #127 or #178, and if so, what the number on the interior plate number plate is.

Doesn't someone here have #51/Vin 178? I'm pretty sure they're on here, but I don't know what their plate says.

Honda reportedly gave #51 to Miguel Duhamel. I don't believe he is on the PRIME. According to CARFAX, it was first delivered to Sarasota, FL, was moved to Las Vegas in 2002, and was just recently moved to Park City, UT. No change in ownership.

Nevermind. I just checked through the member list. I'm thinking of Zanardi 50.

#25 lives in Redwood Shores, California.

Let me know if you need any additional information about it, and I'll track down the owner. Our daughters take gymnastics classes together, so I see him every now and again.

Current miles and any interesting info would be nice, mods...etc:wink:

I'm thinking (just thinking) about selling my #49 or trading with late model vette with low miles.
Has 47K miles, clean, BBS, spent around $20K on Restoration.
Please note that this Z got the salvage title with 1000 miles.

What was involved with the $20K restoration? Any pics before and after? I saw the post and pictures of the car when a prime member went and looked at it...curious to know what work was done.

I have been told that Bruce Hutchins, owner of Bruce's Super Body Shops in central Va, owns 4-5 NSXs, including a Zanardi that he bought for his daughter. Story goes she didn't like it so it just sets in a warehouse.

You could try and contact him if you want to track it down.

from the looks of the website, looks like 3 nsx's in front of the building with the right most one possibly a Zanardi...

i just came across an old thread that showed Anil (SerialNSXer) used to own #14 back in the day before his NSX-RR.
