A cop pulled a young lady over for speeding. He approached her door and asked to see her driver license.
"I don't have a driver license. I lost it when I got my last DUI."
Next he asked her for the registration.
"I don't have it. I stole this car. I shot the owner. His body is in the trunk."
A little rattled the officer went back to his car and called for his supervisor who responded immediatly.
"Ma'am....my officer tells me you don't have a driver license."
She instantly produced her valid license and showed it to him.
Next he asked her if the car was stolen.
She immediatly produced the registration in her name.
More than a little confused he asked her if there was a body in the trunk.
She handed him the keys and told him he could look, which he did and found an empty trunk. He approched her again.
"The officer that stopped you told me you didn't have a driver license, you stole this car and there was a body in the trunk."
Her response.
"Why that liar. I suppose he told you I was speeding too."
Education will never be as expensive as ignorance.
